You can order from our website by clicking on 'Shop' on the homepage menu and selecting the category you want from the drop-down list e.g. Baby (0-2yrs). 
 The products will be displayed on a page where you can scroll down to see more products.You can also filter by size, price and colour .  

Add your selected products to your basket by selecting the size and quantity. Click on the basket icon on the top of the screen to proceed to checkout.

You can return, exchange or ask for a refund on your order up to 14 days after you receive the goods.

All goods for refunds, returns or exchanges must be returned unused, not damaged and in a saleable condition. 

We will process your refund within 3 working days and the order amount will be returned to the original payment account.

Please note - we cannot refund the cost of delivery as this payment is made to the logistics company.

If we ship the wrong item(s) to you in error, we will cover the return cost and send you the correct item (if in stock) at no extra cost to you, or offer you a refund.

Damaged, worn and opened boxed goods are not covered by our refund, return and exchange policy. 

Some items such as underwear, breast pads and specific baby products are excluded from our refund, exchange and returns policy for safety and hygiene reasons. 

Orders received by 2pm Monday -Saturday will be processed and delivered on the same day for Ibadan delivery only.

For outside Ibadan delivery, please allow up to 48 hours for park or home delivery.

We send out all orders using  third-party logistics companies. This means the full delivery cost paid by the customer is paid to the logistics company.

We try to help keep the delivery costs as low as possible by offering a discount on orders, delivery costs and minimum spend to qualify for free shipping. But we can't always guarantee these offers will be in place when you place your order with us.

Yes, you can pay by bank transfer when ordering from our website or shopping in store.

To pay by bank transfer on our website, view the items in your basket to make sure you have the right item/quantity, select checkout, choose 'pay by direct bank transfer' and complete your purchase.

Our bank details will be shown on the checkout page.

Check your email for your invoice from Mum and Beyond Stores. Your invoice will show your Order ID  and information that your order will not be processed until payment is received by us.

To help us process your order quickly, please add your Order ID to the payment reference/narration section when paying through your bank.
