We offer FREE Delivery on all orders over N80,000 within Nigeria, this will be applied automatically at checkout. Please note that a free delivery discount cannot be used in addition to any other offer (e.g. 10% off). Only one of these will be applied at checkout.

We offer same-day delivery for orders received by 2pm within Ibadan.

For orders outside Ibadan, we offer next day delivery if your order is received by 12pm, otherwise delivery may take up to 2 days (we do try to get your items to you on the same day if we can).

Orders received are processed between Monday and Saturday. Deliveries will be made by a logistics company and delivery costs may vary depending on your address. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for delivery outside Ibadan.

The logistics company will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your order to your address.

If not successful, your order will be returned to us and you may incur further delivery costs to have your order resent to you.

Please include the correct email and mobile phone information with your order so you can receive updates from the delivery company who can also give you delivery options in case you are not able to receive your parcel at the stated time.

Please note that for park delivery, we drop the goods at the park, the customer pays the bus driver when the goods arrive at their city.

Order Process

Any orders placed after 2pm on a Saturday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on a Public Holiday will be processed on the next working day.  

We try to process & dispatch your order on the day we receive it (Mon-Sat) however, during busy or promotional periods, orders may take an extra working day to be processed before being handed to the logistics company for delivery. Please allow one day from the date your order was placed before contacting our Customer Service department.

Computer, money changing hands, returns,refunds and exchange policy


We do hope you love and keep your items. Should you have a reason to return them, we have made it easy to do so. 

All goods sold and fulfilled on our website must be returned unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase and a completed returns form (Download Returns form here).

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where no refunds or only partial refunds will be given:

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Items which the packaging has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition ,is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

We do not accept returns of individual pieces, originally part of a kit, pack or set

All electrical goods must be returned unused or in re-sellable condition with all electrical accessories including but not exclusive to power leads and converters. 

For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns of replacement spouts, covers, teats and breast pump valves or underwear unless faulty at the time of purchase.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We may offer to pay the shipping costs in cases where the fault is ours such as when the wrong item was shipped to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a reliable logistic company. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email, text or DM to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We will send you the refund within 48 hours and an email or text to let you know your refund has been sent. If you haven’t received your refund after 48 hours, please contact us on 07031467750, DM on Instagram/Facebook or  by email.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. For items marked as Slightly Imperfect, we show clear images of the defect/imperfection (s) so you can make an informed decision on buying this item as the discounted price.

Due to the discounted prices and associated costs of processing returns, refunds and exchanges. all items on our Bargain list (Slightly Imperfect, May Need a Wash, Last Chance to Buy & Sales) are excluded from our Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy.


Sale, bargain items and freebies cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
