Computer, money changing hands, returns,refunds and exchange policy


We do hope you love and keep your items. Should you have a reason to return them, we have made it easy to do so.  

All goods sold and fulfilled on our website must be returned unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase and a completed returns form (Download Returns Form).  

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. 

There are certain situations where no refunds or only partial refunds are granted: 

  • Items with obvious signs of use. 
  • Items which the packaging has been opened. 
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. 

We do not accept returns of individual pieces, originally part of a kit, pack or set. 

All electrical goods must be returned unused or in re-sellable condition with all electrical accessories including but not exclusive to power leads and converters.  

For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns of replacement spouts, covers, teats and breast pump valves, underwear unless faulty at the time of purchase.

If you are not able to print the Returns form, simply download the form and use the information requested on the form as a guide to sending us an email, text or DM.  

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We may offer to pay the shipping costs in cases where the fault was ours such as when the wrong item was shipped to you. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a reliable logistic company. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email, text or DM to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

We will send you the refund within 48 hours and an email or text to let you know your refund has been sent. If you haven’t received your refund after 48 hours, please contact us at [email protected]. 

Sale items 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale, bargain items, and freebies cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

Please send us a completed Returns Form with the returned item(s) or send us the requested information on the Returns Form if you are not able to print the Returns Form. We will notify you when we receive your item.
