These Use and Restrictions will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Nigeria, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Nigeria in connection with any dispute between you and Mum and Beyond Stores arising out of the Use and Restrictions or pertaining to the subject matter hereof.
The parties to the Use and Restrictions each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of the Use and Restrictions or pertaining to the subject matter of the Use and Restrictions will be in the state and federal courts in Nigeria. If any part of the Use and Restrictions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
The Use and Restrictions constitute the entire agreement among the parties relating to this subject matter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional terms and conditions on this site will govern the items to which they pertain. Mum and Beyond Stores may revise the Use and Restrictions at any time by updating this posting.

Percentage Discounts Returns:
- If you return any items that you have received at a discounted price you will be refunded at the same discounted price.
- Our usual T’s and C’s will apply to any percentage discount sales, please see our returns policy for more information.
- No other codes can be applied retrospectively if you choose to return an item.
E-Wallet Credit/Voucher Vouchers
This includes vouchers you may receive in your delivered parcel, N2,000, N5,000 etc.
- You can redeem credit vouchers at the checkout when ordering online.
- You may need to enter a code at the checkout to redeem your voucher, this cannot be applied after you have completed your transaction.
- You may have to spend over a certain amount for the discount to apply e.g. N20,000, and the code may only work on certain products or ranges.
- Please protect any voucher you receive and treat it as cash, we cannot replace lost vouchers.
- Our credit vouchers have a start and expiry dates and cannot be used on any date you desire.
- Credit vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, we cannot offer refunds on gift vouchers.
- Credit notes may have limited use.
- We reserve the right to amend the credit voucher terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
